1. Data controller

2. What we process, and why

This site has no sign-up or download forms — the brochures download without leaving any data behind. Data is processed in three cases only:

• Support chat (Alexia). What you type and, if you choose to give them, your contact details. Purpose: answering your question and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. The chat session is identified by a random number that lives in memory alone: it disappears when you close the tab.
• Email. If you write to the contact address, your address and the content of your message. Purpose: dealing with what you raise.
• Aggregate analytics. Page viewed, country, device type and referrer, as counts. Purpose: knowing which content is useful. No identifier is stored on your device and your individual journey cannot be reconstructed.

The server also logs, transiently, the IP address and technical request data — as any web server does — in order to serve the page and detect abuse.

3. Legal basis

• Chat and email: your consent in starting the conversation, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
• Aggregate analytics and server logs: legitimate interest in understanding use of the site and keeping it secure (art. 6(1)(f)). As no identifier is stored on your device, no prior consent is required under art. 22(2) of the LSSI.

4. How long we keep it

• Chat conversations: for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and at most one year from the last message.
• Email: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable limitation periods.
• Analytics: in aggregate form, with no personal data attached.

5. Who else is involved

We neither sell nor share your data. Only the providers needed to run the site are involved, each as a processor and under an article 28 GDPR agreement:

Data is processed within the European Union. Where a provider belongs to a group with a parent outside the EEA, any transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision. Your data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies, first- or third-party, and uses no local storage, session storage or IndexedDB to identify you. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The analytics we use work without any identifier on the device. The chat keeps the conversation thread in the tab's memory while you have it open, and loses it when you close it.

7. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Just write to contacto@determos.com saying which right you wish to exercise. We answer within one month.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).

8. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and applies headers that prevent it being embedded by third parties and stop content types being second-guessed. Access to conversations is limited to whoever has to answer them.

9. Changes to this policy

If anything material changes — a new purpose, a different provider — this page and its last-updated date will be updated. Earlier versions remain on record in the site repository's public history.
