Legal notice

Last updated · 10 August 2026

This notice contains the information Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society and e-commerce services (LSSI-CE) requires to be published, and the terms under which this site is offered.

1. Site owner

Pursuant to article 10 of the LSSI-CE, these are the identifying details of the owner of determos.com:

You can reach the owner through any of the above or by writing to contacto@determos.com.

2. Purpose and terms of use

This site presents Determos' artificial intelligence consultancy services and its catalogue of solutions. Browsing it makes you a user and implies that you accept these terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to use it for activities contrary to the law, public order or the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation or reach non-public parts of it.

The content of this site is informational. It is neither a binding contractual offer nor professional advice for a specific case: any project is governed by the contract signed for it.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, code, the Determos trademark, its logo and the names Talqo, Nomos, Leadomos and Prasidium belong to the owner or are used under licence. Rights of reproduction, distribution and adaptation are reserved unless expressly authorised.

You may quote and link the blog articles as long as you credit the source and link to the original page. The Space Grotesk and Space Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

4. Liability

The owner aims to keep the published information accurate and current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors, nor that the site is available without interruption — it may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond the owner's control.

The result figures shown in the case studies come from specific projects and were measured in their own context. They are not a promise of results for another project.

The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from here. Links are offered as a reference and imply neither association nor endorsement.

5. Data protection

How any personal data you provide is processed is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of this notice.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the rules allow it, and unless a mandatory consumer-protection provision states otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
